Coaching is a leap of faith, so we make it a smaller one. Here is exactly how each guarantee works. Plain English, no small print hiding behind the small print.
The Purple Promise
Do the work, and if you haven’t got back at least what you paid, in profit or in hours saved, within 90 days, Dr Tom keeps coaching you free until you do.
- It applies to paid coaching programmes with Mr Purple.
- In your first session we agree your starting numbers together (for example with the Profit Leak Finder), so “got back” is measured, not guessed.
- “Doing the work” means turning up to your sessions and completing the actions we agree in them.
- To use it, just email tom@mrpurple.com.au within 30 days after your 90 days are up.
Worth your 15 minutes, or a book on us
If your free 15-minute chat with Dr Tom isn’t useful, tell us within 7 days and we’ll post you a business book of your choice (one per person, up to A$40, posted within Australia).
First month not right? Full refund
If your first month of coaching isn’t right for you, tell us within that first month and we refund your first month’s fee in full. No quibbles, no awkward exit interview.
